We will offer an annual program with a very low cost in order to cover all of your business needs.

Insurance Coverage

Trip Cancelation & Interruption: $3,000

Covers your business trips investment if you must cancel or interrupt your trip for covered reasons such as sickness; injury or death; inclement weather conditions; being required to serve jury duty; financial default of an airline; or terrorism.

Trip Delay: $1,500

Reimbursement up to $150 a day for reasonable additional expenses incurred when you are delayed for more than 12hours (i.e. hotel, meals, flight change fees.)

Missed Connection: $500

Reimburses if inclement weather or carrier causes cancellation or a delay of regularly scheduled airline flights for more than 3 to less than 12 hours to your point of departure.

Baggage & Personal Effects: $3,000

Reimburses for loss, theft and damage of baggage and personal effects. ($150 deductible applies per year.)

Baggage Delay: $1,000

Reimbursement for purchasing essential items (i.e. toiletries) when bags are delayed for more than 24hrs. ($100 maximum per day.)

Medical Expense: $25,000

Covers emergency medical expense incurred while traveling.

Emergency Medical Transportation: $300,000

Covers evacuation and transportation to the nearest adequate medical facility when required by an attending physician; also includes cost for a medical escort.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment: $100,000

Covers for loss of life or limb within 180 days of an accident on your trip.
