What is considered Personal Auto?

  • Would be a (4) wheel motor vehicle or leased vehicle with a duration of (6) month or more.
  • Pick Up Truck or Van with a Gross Vehicle Weight of less than 10,000lb.
    • Personal Use
    • Business operations would be covered when its primary operations are not business related (Ex: Deliveries.)
  • Trailers
    • Designed to be pulled by pick ups, vans and autos
    • The following coverage needs to be requested separately: Collision & Comprehensive
  • Miscellaneous (ATV) All Terrain Vehicles: (Need to be Endorsed & Company Approved.)
    • Motorcycles
    • Motor homes
    • Golf Carts


Who is an Insured?

  • Named Insured
  • Resident Spouse (Named or Unnamed under policy.)
    • In case of any sort of departure from a legal standpoint from its primary residence (Husband or Wife) he or she will have a 90days grace period of coverage until the following occurs:
    • New Policy
    • End of Policy Period
    • The End of 90 days
  • Family Members (Living with insured.)


Available & Applicable Forms

  • Coverage for Excess Sound Reproducing Equipment, Audio, Visual and Data Electronic Equipment, and Tapes, Record, Discs, and Other Media.
  • Joint Ownership Coverage
  • Miscellaneous Type of Vehicles: (Example: Motorcycles, Motor Homes, & Golf Carts.)
  • Optional Limits (Transportation Expenses Coverage)
  • Snowmobile Endorsement
  • Uninsured Motorist Coverage
